After initial assessments of disparate data sources (Oracle and Teradata), Idea developed a process for merging these systems for ad hoc analysis to evaluate campaign performance across multi-channels. Idea developed and oversaw triggered email marketing campaign data using SAS and leveraged advanced statistical analysis techniques to evaluate campaign success. Idea further analyzed customer and product behaviors through segmentation to assist business teams in improving customer-centric decision making. The solution included customized dashboards within HBX for business teams and marketing groups that utilized customized segments providing enhanced insights. Idea also extracted data using SAS and SQL to perform ad hoc data analysis to quickly identify key insights for performance indicators identification.
